Giant chicken leaves the internet gobsmacked

There’s a new viral sensation hitting the internet and this time it’s a chicken.

Video of the giant bird appeared online and quickly swept around the world due to the enormity of it.

Poking its head out out of a small hut, the chicken appears to be quite normal at first. Once it steps outside though, its huge body is revealed as it descends the plank and struts its way around the yard.

The video was taken in Albania where chickens this big are apparently the norm.

Insider reports it is a Brahma chicken, known for it’s regal plumes and giant stature. The Brahma breed was developed in the 1800s in the United States from chickens imported from China.

It’s estimated this particular chicken weighs around 8kg.
