British Royal Airforce pens message on missile for Manchester bombers

With mothers and fathers mourning the loss of their children and dozens of people still laying injured in hospital beds, the British Royal Airforce has shared a very special message with the public following the Manchester terrorist attack.

Photos have surfaced on social media of a hand-written message scrawled on the side of an RAF missile headed for ISIS targets in the Middle East.

Britain has a strong military presence throughout the region and has participated in attacks on ISIS strongholds.

The message is written in black pen and simply reads: “Love from Manchester”. A love heart is drawn underneath.

Liberal senator James McGrath shared the photo on his Facebook page, throwing his support behind the mission.

The simple, yet powerful, message has resonated around the world with people taking to social media to share it with friends and show their support to the Manchester bombing victims.

ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack, saying the British-born suicide bomber was a member of the terrorist cell.
