Oh, holidays! They are a magical time when we can switch off from the world and indulge in a bit of time for ourselves. But it’s the flight that gets us to a holiday destination that can either start the journey off on the right foot, or provide an experience that we’d prefer to forget.

Well, if you do find yourself on a flight, whether it is a domestic or international one, there is one handy trick you can do to make sure the flight goes by as quickly and as enjoyably as possibly.

A pair of trusty sunglasses can provide hours of entertainment, meaning your flight will be over before you know it. All you have to do is sit back in your chair, recline the seat and put your tray table down. Then, take out your sunglasses from your pocket or carry-on luggage and place it on the table in front of you.

Now, the great thing about your glasses is, they can become a very handy piece of equipment. All you have to do is place your phone into the middle of the glasses so it acts as a docking station for your device. And now you can watch any movies or videos you have already uploaded onto your device, without having to hold it in your hands or attempt to lean it on the chair in front of you.

Of course, this only really works if you have a whole variety of entertainment options already loaded into your smartphone, but that just gives you an excuse to find some great new films to watch.
