Want to move abroad? If you’re tired of everyday life, or you simply love exploring new cultures, The Global Expat Index 2019 offers a list of the world’s best countries to move to.

From career prospects and cost of living, to quality of life and lifestyle, the new study, from Globehunters analysed 34 countries on all of these factors and more.

Iceland is the best country to move to, followed by Austria, Canada, New Zealand and Germany.

According to the index, breathtaking Iceland topped the list thanks to its low cost of living and quality of life. It also had one of the best happiness and life expectancy scores.

Australia also made the top 10, coming in in eighth place. Meanwhile, Sweden, United States, Netherlands and Norway rounded out the top 10.

Things don’t look too good for the United Kingdom, however, as it was ranked 17th on the list.
