If you’ve cruised with Regent Seven Seas Cruises, you’ll know that unique experiences are a huge focus. But the cruise line is now adding a raft of new Mediterranean and Northern Europe shore excursions – curated by local tour operators – that are exclusively for guests sailing on the inaugural 2020 season of Seven Seas Splendour.
Spanning across Croatia, France, Greece, Monaco, Montenegro, Ireland, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom, travellers will have the chance to ride on a bike through the vineyards in France’s Bandol region to sample a selection of characteristic wines, cruise through Boka Bay in Montenegro to the islet Our Lady of the Rocks and then taste freshwater mussels or explore two charming Provence villages in Marseille, a port city in southern France, just to name a few.
“We collaborated with the best local tour operators in the region to curate unique and memorable experiences that will result in a truly unrivalled experience for guests sailing on Seven Seas Splendor’s inaugural season,” Jason Montague, the line’s president and CEO, said.
“Many of these excursions are being offered for the first time by our tour operator partners and are new for luxury travellers. With nearly half of these experiences included in Regent’s Free Unlimited Shore Excursions program, our new offerings are one more example of how Seven Seas Splendor will perfect luxury.”
The 65 excursions will expand to all Regent ships sailing Europe starting in 2021.
