Little cheesecakes that will melt in your mouth

This is the most incredible dessert you will ever make! So easy, so delicious and you won’t be able to stop wanting more.

Ingredients

1 box of Oreos

1 packet of Philli Cream Cheese (250g)

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

Caramel sauce topping (store bought) – enough to drizzle over each cheesecake

1 cup crushed peanuts

Method

Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and pop an Oreo at the bottom of each one.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, egg and vanilla. Add a dollop of this onto each Oreo. Sprinkle with the nuts and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Take the cheesecakes out, pour over some caramel sauce and enjoy!
