Are you working more and achieving less?

Mar 24, 2016

Achieving better outcomes in your life means making changes, especially to your behaviour. Once you’re able to keep yourself staying on track, you can become unstoppable.

It will take time and continuous effort in order to get rid of long-standing habits, however the end result will be worth it.

As a small business owner, it’s vital to free up your time to create the space to focus on what you are trying to achieve and take consistent action.

Barry’s Story

I’ve been working with Barry for several months on regaining his mojo. Prior to us working together he had been dragging his feet, feeling disillusioned with his business and life in general.

He was going through that phase many established business owners over 50 go through.  Barry’s business had been suffering and his staff were underperforming because there was no-one leading.  Barry had abdicated his responsibilities and as a consequence everything had been affected.

Now that we’ve helped Barry regain his confidence and get back on track, we’re now focusing on his leadership skills and taking the reins on his business.

Through the work we have done together, Barry has also realised how much money he has lost in the past due to his poor habits and how easy it is to make an additional $100,000 without working any harder. By improving his leadership skills and becoming more disciplined he now has time to take Fridays off.

It’s easy to fall into bad habits, let yourself go and ‘work’ long hours unnecessarily. Do this for too long and you can burn out!

If you’re feeling tired, worn-out and over it and wanting to regain your spark, something has to change. Keep behaving the same way and you’ll get the same results.

If you’re wanting to reignite your business and enjoy more lifestyle, there’s no better time than now to do it.  To make those changes, you’re going to need help and support because if you could do it on your own, you would be doing so.

The best time to act is now, so if you’re stuck and at a crossroads and not sure what to do next send an email to [email protected] with “Let’s Talk” in the subject.
