How to vacuum the tightest spots of your house

Have you ever tried to vacuum your house before visitors arrive and there is always a couple of spots where the nozzle of the vacuum doesn’t fit? Perhaps it is along the rails of a sliding door base or a tight spot between your pantry and fridge.

This is where the humble toilet paper roll comes in. Simply fit the roll onto the end of the vacuum cleaner’s suction tube and then you can bend the cardboard into whatever shape you need to fit into the tight space. This tip is particularly useful when cleaning cars, sliding door tracks and tight spaces in the kitchen. The standard toilet paper roll should fit most vacuum cleaner models.
