If you’ve made too much soup or you want to make some for later, you can freeze multiple portions in a muffin tray.
3. Oven baked eggs
Okay, we know it’s baking but it’s not muffins! Have a lot of guests? You can bake a batch of eggs in the oven in no time. Simply pre-heat oven to 180 degrees and grease each muffin section with cooking spray or butter. Crack one egg into each muffin section. Place in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes.
4. Store office supplies
Place a muffin tin inside a desk drawer and use it to hold your office supplies such as paper clips, erasers, rubber bands, glue sticks, coins and other supplies that need organising
5. Snacks tray
If your grandkids are over and want something to play with, take out the muffin tray and fill with shaving cream. Mix with food colouring and let the kids play!
