Here’s 11 great natural ways to do it in your own home without surgery!
1. Egg white face mask
Egg whites are packed with nutrients that leave your face feeling tighter. They also reduce oil and close pores.
To make an egg white mask, separate the yolk from the egg white and apply directly onto your face and neck. Let it air dry for about 15 minutes then, rinse it off with warm water.
2. Facial yoga
Doing facial exercises a few times every week will help keep your facial muscles tight and in good shape.
And the best part is you can do them just about anywhere.
To exercise your forehead, place one hand on each side of your forehead (near the temple) with fingers spread apart, thumbs at the back of the head near the lower hairline, and pinky fingers at the end of the eyebrow. Using your pinky fingers, gently pull the skin on your forehead back toward your hairline (till the skin is taut), while moving your eyebrows up and down rapidly. While still holding the skin back, raise your eyebrows as high as possible, and hold for five seconds. Repeat this exercise five times.
3. Olive oil massage
Extra-virgin olive oil is full of vitamins and antioxidants that nourish your skin, as well as providing intense moisture.
Massage your face with olive oil for one minute, then rinse off. For a natural anti-ageing that doubles as an exfoliator, add brown sugar or coffee grinds and massage the same way.
4. Drink water
One of the easiest ways to tighten skin is to make sure you’re drinking lots of water. The more hydrated skin is, the firmer and more toned it will look. Hydrated skin is also better able to fight off environmental stressors, like harsh weather and UV rays, which keeps your skin healthier and younger looking for longer.
5. Lemon juice
The vitamin C in lemon helps boost collagen production, in turn helping to restore elasticity to your skin. Simple rub some fresh lemon juice gently on your face and neck and leave it on for five to 10 minutes and then rinse. Do this two or three times a day and follow up with a good-quality moisturiser.
6. Aloe vera gel
The malic acid in aloe vera gel helps improve the elasticity of your skin and get rid of sagging skin. Plus, it is a natural moisturiser. Take a part of an aloe vera leaf and rub on your face and neck for 15 minute before rinsing with warm water.
7. Cucumber toner
To tighten loose and saggy skin, you can also use cucumber. It is one of the best natural skin toners and has a refreshing and rejuvenating effect on skin. Grind half a cucumber and squeeze it through a strainer to extract its juice. Then apply this juice on your face and leave it on until it dries and rinse with cold water.
8. Honey mask
Honey has natural hydrating, antioxidant and anti ageing properties, and it is simple to use on your face and neck. Mix two to three teaspoons of honey and a few drops each of lemon juice and olive oil. Apply it on your face and neck daily, let it dry and then rinse it off with warm water.
9. Papaya mask
Papaya contains strong antioxidant properties and the papain in papaya can digest the dead cells on the surface of the skin to make skin more elastic and firm. To make a papaya mask, cut a few pieces of papaya fruit and mash into a smooth paste. Apply and wait for 15 minutes before washing off.
10. Rose water cleanser
Rose water is a cleanser and can help remove the dirt clogging the pores of the skin. It also has an astringent action which means it tightens the skin. Mix 2 teaspoons of rose water with 3-4 drops of glycerine and half a teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply this mixture to your face before bed.

Bi-carb soda paste (mixed with water) is great if used as a scrub and tightener. Simply massage into your facial skin for a minute and rinse.
