Life hack: How to remove hair from your carpet

Don’t you just hate vacuuming your carpet, only to find there is still human or pet hair stuck in the fibres?

This can be tricky to get out, no matter how hi-tech your vacuum cleaner is, but there’s a simple and quick solution.

All you need is cheap plastic squeegee from a $2 shop.

Follow these steps below:

1. Locate the pet or human pair on the carpet
2. With a firm press, pull the squeegee towards you, going with the grain of the carpet
3. You should have a bunch of hair collected
4. Peel the clump off and throw out

Repeat if necessary!
