Remember, old folks are worth a fortune, with silver in their hair, gold in their teeth, stones in their kidneys, lead in their feet and gas in their stomachs.

I have become a little older since I saw you last and a few changes have come into my life.

Frankly I am a frivolous old girl, I am seeing five gentlemen everyday.

As soon as I wake up, Will Power helps me out of bed, then I go and see John – next it’s time to see Uncle Toby at breakfast time followed by Billy T. After they have left, Arthur Ritus shows up and stays the rest of the day.

He doesn’t like to stay in one place very long, so he takes me from joint to joint. After a busy day I’m really tired and glad to go to bed with my favourite man Johnny Walker. What a life!

Oh yes, I am also flirting with Al Zymer.

Oh and, the priest came to see me the other day. He said at my time of life I should be thinking about the hereafter. I told him Oh, I do, all the time, no matter where I am – if I’m upstairs in the bedroom or in the kitchen I am always asking myself, “Now what am I hereafter?”
