A man is arrested for driving into a tank at the aquarium and riding one of the dolphins.

At the trial, his defence was that he’d fallen in accidentally, and that since he was unable to swim he’d grabbed one of the dolphins as a safety device.

The judge found him guilty despite this claim. His verdict? “This was no accident. He did it on porpoise.”
