Which iconic Gone With The Wind dress just sold for $137,000 at auction?

Gone With The Wind is perhaps one of the most iconic movies of all time and something the film is renowned for are the dresses from the film.

Heritage Auctions saw a dress worn by Vivien Leigh when she played Scarlett O’Hara in the classic 1939 go for $137,000 over the weekend despite being purchased for just $20 by the owner in the 60s.

The dress in question is a jacket and full skirt ensemble worn by Scarlett O’Hara when she encounters Rhett Butler and when she gets attacked in the shanty town, it is undoubtedly one of the most well known dresses from the film!
