This segment takes a journey throughout Byron Bay, joined by Curtis Stone and Ben O’Donoghue. It shows you how to run your own Christmas menu from top to bottom.

3. Love Actually (movie)

A modern Christmas classic: this heartwarming British romantic comedy stars Keira Knightley, Hugh Grant, Colin Firth and Laura Linney.

4. Michael Buble’s Christmas

When: Thursday, December 18 at 7:30pm

We all love this time of year when the Canadian crooner, Michael Buble takes over Christmas entertainment. His beautiful voice throughout this festive season gets everyone in the mood.

5. The Muppets Christmas Carol (movie)

A fantastic movie for the kids, starring Kermit the Frog, in the Muppets’ take on Christmas.

6. Elf (movie)

A hilarious Christmas comedy starring Will Ferrel. A story of a giant elf, who travels from the North Pole to the US to find his real identify after realising he is only just a human.

7. Polar Express

The Polar Express stars Tom Hanks; a boy who travels to the North Pole on a journey of self discovery.

8. Santa Claus (movie)

When: Friday, December 19 at 9:30pm
Where: Go!

A Christmas classic from the 1980s, starring Dudley Moore and John Lithgow. This move was a hit box office movie when released in 1985 and still stands as a lovely tale  of Santa Claus.

9. A Christmas Carol (movie)

When: Saturday, December 20 at 6:30pm
Where: Seven

A movie that retells the story of Charles Dickens’ ghostly Christmas tale of redemption. Starring Jim Carrey as the role of Ebenzer Scrooge.

10. The Office Christmas Special

When: Part One – Monday, December 22 at 4:50pm. Part 2 – Tuesday, December 23 at 4:40pm
Where: UKTV

The hilarious TV series The Office ended with a brilliant two-part Christmas special in December 2003. It ended the series of the show, however it still reminds a Christmas classic.

11. Vision Australia’s Carols by Candlelight

When: Wednesday, December 24 at 8pm
Where: Nine Network

The Christmas tradition is back in Australia. This is Vision Australia’s 76th year to host Carols by Candelight. A Christmas spectacular that promises another heart wearing evening of Christmas cheer. Hosted by Lisa Wilkinson and David Campbell. Also performing: Anthony Callea, Marina Prior and the cast of Les Miserables. A perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit.

12. It’s a Wonderful Life (movie)

When: Wednesday, December 24 at 8:35pm
Where: Fox Classics

Another charming film from 1946; a tale of a man who nearly loses everything on the night of Christmas Eve.

13. Doctor Who Christmas Special

When: Friday, December 26, 2014 at 7:30pm
Where: ABC One

Nick Front, an actor and screenwriter, stars as Santa Claus in the anticipated 2014 Doctor Who Christmas Special. This unmissable adventure stars Michael Troughton, the son of Patrick Troughton who played the second incarnation of The Doctor.
