We have some exciting news about Love Child…

One of our favourite dramas, Love Child, is expected to return to our screens later this year, however there is some more great news we want to share with you!

According to a media release by Channel Nine, the third season has just been announced!

Channel Nine said:

“Love Child will soon return for its second series and already the Nine Network has commissioned a third season of the hit drama.

Filming on season three of Australia’s most popular drama will commence mid-year.

All main cast from season two are returning including Jessica Marais, Jonathan LaPaglia, Mandy McElhinney, Matt Le Nevez, Ella Scott Lynch, Sophie Hensser, Gracie Gilbert, Harriet Dyer, Miranda Tapsell and Lincoln Younes”.

This is fantastic news, as Love Child was such a hit when it premiered on our screens in 2014. It hit a raw nerves with so many as it told the stories of the mothers and babies who suffered through forced adoption in the 60s and 70s.
