Overnight, a new apartment block in Sydney almost sold out all apartments on the 27 floors, coming in at a whopping $173.1 million in apartment sales. The prices started at $826,650 for a one-bedroom suite but there is a catch… It isn’t even being built until 2017!

The penthouses were sold within an hour and the building called Sydney by Crown Tower is on Clarence Street in the heart of the city.
