Hugh Jackman is bringing his Broadway show to Australia!

We can’t hide our excitement on this one. Hugh Jackman will be coming back home to Australia this year with his musical extravaganza Broadway to Oz. 

This unapologetically over-the-top arena show (based on his Broadway show Hugh Jackman: Back on Broadway), promises to take us through the actor’s own life, from his childhood in the outback to his early days as a young Aussie actor to his breakthrough into Hollywood.

Along the way Hugh – with an ensemble of choirs and dancers in to – will pay tribute to classic musicals, revisit memorable moments Les Miserables, and of course, reprise his role as The Boy from Oz.

“This is the show I’ve always wanted to bring home”, he told fans. “You will get to know the real me”.

The show will play over eight dates starting November 24, spanning Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane.
