Amazing three ingredient chocolate brownies

One of the greatest things in modern cooking is the advent of incredible, delicious, and simple recipes which use only a few ingredients and take very little effort. Gone are the days of slaving away in a hot kitchen for hours with complicated and expensive ingredients and methods, only to face piles and piles of washing up after your meal is ready. That really takes the enjoyment out of cooking and eating!

This super simple dessert couldn’t be further from those days, taking only three ingredients and few more steps from kitchen to table. It’s almost as easy as buying them ready made, but you get the enjoyment of getting to eat them fresh from the oven. 

Serve with cream or ice cream for an even more decadent dessert, or alone for an afternoon pick-me-up. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of hazelnut spread
  • 10 tablespoons of plain flour
  • 2 eggs

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180C.

2. Spray a square cake tin with non-stick cooking spray and line with baking paper so the edges overlap.

3. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.

4. Pour mixture into the prepared cake tin, spreading evenly with a spatula and bake for 11 – 15 minutes, or until set.

5. Leave to cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares and serving. For an even more decadent treat, serve with cream or vanilla ice cream. Yum!
