3 ingredient chocolate fudge

With few ingredients and no time to prepare, you'll be making these all the time.

Who doesn’t love a classic chocolate fudge? For that matter, who doesn’t love chocolate? Fudge isn’t as trendy or fashionable as it once was, but we don’t know why – after all, it’s delicious! The good news is it’s super simple to make, taking only three ingredients, and the same number of minutes (not counting cooling time).

If you want to experiment with making some different flavours, all you need to do is swap the vanilla extract for other extracts. You could use mint, hazelnut, or orange to create your favourite chocolate combinations.

Make it as a treat for yourself to have as your afternoon sweet pick-me-up, or it would make an excellent gift wrapped in cellophane or boxed in a cupcake box.

 Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

1. Grease a square slice pan and line with baking paper.

2. In a medium mixing bowl, microwave condensed milk and chocolate chips on high for one minute. Stir until combined and chocolate is melted and smooth, heating for extra time if required.

3. Stir in vanilla, and then pour into slice pan. Refrigerate for an hour before cutting into squares. Store in an airtight container.
