Christie Brinkley is downsizing from her massive Hamptons home

Admit it, at some point in your life you’ve probably slowed down when driving past a big home or visited an open home just to take a peek inside.

If you’re a sticky beak when it comes to big houses, then check this one out!

Model Christie Brinkley is downsizing from her massive home in the Hamptons, and it’s the sort of home most of us could only dream of.

Spread over 20 acres, the 62-year-old’s estate “Tower Hill” boasts two separate residences with views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The main home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, and features the impressive 50-foot tall observation tower that gives the 19th century estate its name.

The second residence is a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom guest house, plus there’s also an artist studio with living quarters and four-car heated garage.

If that’s not enough, the grounds of the home are basically park land with forests, sprawling lawns and gardens, rolling hills that can be used for winter sledding, a private pond and a massive heated swimming pool and spa.

Brinkley has lived in the home for nearly 20 years and in that time she has carefully restored it to its former glory… back to when it was built in 1891 by the Gardiner family.

The main home boasts three large fireplaces, one of which Brinkley made herself.

She told People magazine last year that the fireplace she built was made of stones from the beach.

“Mrs. Gardiner, like me, loved shells and rocks, and she did the fireplace in the living room,” Brinkley said.

“So when I was renovating this house, I thought ‘then I should do the fireplace in the kitchen.'”

Brinkley isn’t afraid to show off her home either.

What about the price?

Well, the home is on the market with agent Enzo Morabito from Douglas Elliman Real Estate for a whopping $29.5 million!
