Lisa Wilkinson posts glamorous photos from Paris holiday

Lisa Wilkinson has practically been glued to her Today show desk over the past few months while her colleagues enjoyed their winter getaways, but now she’s taking a break of her own popping up in Paris for the European summer.

Wilkinson shared two photos from her hotel balcony, clearly overjoyed to be back in the French capitol.

“Back in beautiful Paris…and #geraniums in full bloom. #holidays,” she wrote.

She held her arms wide in the next shot and showed off her favourite holiday accessory – her hat.

“And PS: Yes, the 10 Euro travelling hat is back!” she said.

While there are plenty of beautiful places to stay in Paris, Wilkinson is bunking down at Le Bristol – a luxury hotel in the heart of the city.

Photos from the hotel’s website show rooms decked out in gorgeous Parisian style with elegant antiques and stunning 18th Century-inspired furniture throughout.

The hotel is famed for its celebratory clientele and even featured in the Woody Allen movie Midnight in Paris.

It also boasts a Michelin star restaurant and a stunning al fresco dining area in the centre of the hotel courtyard.
