Im so disappointed with the shoes ...the left shoe is very different from the right one.i really need to send them back. Please get back asap Rosemary Simpson.

These sneakers arrived today. They are lovely but way too small. I am normally size 41 so ordered them in 42 but they were still approx 1 size too small. Very disappointing! Can I return them? ::

These were described as needing to go up one size. I would say you need to go up two sizes. What can I do with them?
