HOW TO USE
– Diffuser: Diffuse a few drops at night to help improve sleep quality. Alternatively, pop a couple of drops of calming on a tissue and place under your pillow.
– Topical: Add a few drops of Calming oil to pillows, bedding, or bottoms of feet at bedtime. Inhalation: Keep a bottle of Calming oil on hand to soothe mild stress and anxiety.
– Perfume: This is also a popular oil to use as a perfume. Place one drop on a Lava Bead Aroma Bracelet or the pulse points of the wrist. Alternatively, add 10 drops to a 25ml base and place in a roller to apply freely through the day.
– Compression: A damp cloth compression is a wonderful way to use Calming, particularly for headaches or relaxation. Simply combine approximately 6-8 drops of oil to 2-4 drops of emulsifier. Once combined, add the blend to 2 cups of either lukewarm or cool water. Mix together and soak your cloth, preferably 100% cotton. Allow the cloth to absorb the liquid then wring out and place on the appropriate area of the body.
