She has been stealing the spotlight on a series of royal outings recently and Sophie Wessex once again wowed crowds as she showed off her natural beauty on the Isle of Wight.
Prince Edward’s wife, 53, flashed a beaming smile as she greeted flag-bearing schoolchildren at the Aspire Community Centre in Ryde and opted for a stunning outfit and summery colours for the official engagement.
Looking effortlessly elegant, the Countess of Wessex chose a blush pink shift dress and a nude knee-length coat as she stopped to chat to the crowds of people outside. Towering in patent light-pink heels, she stood out perfectly and looked right at home despite all eyes focused solely on her.
The beautiful royal wore her hair tied back in a loose up do, reminiscent of one of the Duchess of Sussex Meghan’s signature styles, and chose to wear minimal make-up – showing off her freckles and flawless complexion.
The community charity supports over 1,000 people a week through its various groups and activities. It was awarded The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service in recognition of the amazing work they do in 2017.
Later that same day, she officially launched the new Victoria of Wight car ferry and unveiled a plaque on board the boat, before being offered a bottle of gin as a gift.
Sophie’s had a busy few weeks recently and just days ago joined the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, at the annual BGC Charity Day, which honours the tragic events of September 11, 2001, and raises money for a number of charities by moving stock on the trading floor.
Sophie looked elegant as she represented the charity Brainwave at the event, of which she is President, as she picked up the phone and tried her hand at stockbroking. And the Countess of Wessex looked like she was thoroughly enjoying the challenge.
Her classic dress featured a high neckline and a drop waist, which showed off her slim figure, finishing below the knee and showing off just a glimpse of leg.
The mother-of-two paired the simple yet gorgeous frock with a pair of pearl drop earrings and pointed nude court shoes. She wore her blonde locks swept back into a beautiful up-do and kept her make-up simple, with just a brush of shimmering eye shadow.
