Princess Mary stylishly stuns at Copenhagen fashion awards show

Princess Mary has always been commended for never putting a foot wrong when it comes to fashion, and she’s proven it again with her beautiful dress at a Copenhagen fashion awards show.

At the Danish Talent Award Show 2016, which aims to highlight upcoming Danish fashion talent, the Crown Princess of Denmark beautifully channelled her inner goddess as she stepped out with her close friend, Nina Wedel-Wedelsborg. Ever classy and chic, Mary wore a floor length Grecian-inspired plum gown. Fittingly, the dress was designed by a Danish designer the Princess wears frequently – Stine Goya.

She paired her part-sheer, floor-length dress with a colorful clutch bag, Alma e Coraco drop earrings, a Cartier Love bracelet, and Gianvito Rossi burgundy heels.

Nina Wedel-Wedelsborg, meanwhile, also chose an eye-catching outfit, which came in the form of an all-gold trouser suit and sandals.

The pair appeared to enjoy the presentation, and were quick to congratulate the winner of the coveted fashion award, Cecilie Bahnsen, after she won the prestigious award.

Apart from the fashion awards, Mary also attended the Hans Christian Anderson Literature Award on Monday at Odense City Hall.

At the event, the internationally-acclaimed Japanese author, Haruki Murakami, was presented with the gong.

The Princess stepped away from the glamorous picture she painted at the fashion awards, but still looked chic doing so. She wore a classy monochrome ensemble and her beloved drop pearl earrings, and carried a plum-coloured bouquet as she walked down the red carpet.
