No lies, our Nicole Kidman shines at the Big Little Lies premiere.

It was the red carpet for the premiere for Big Little Lies but it was no lie our Nicole Kidman was a stunner.

Standing with fellow cast members at the Hollywood event for the HBO series, Nicole was elegant in her strappy black print dress and loose flowing tresses.

The dress, an Altuzarra gown,  featured a cheeky split to the thigh, made modest by ruffles that featured in the skirting.

With a bright red lippy and dangly gold earrings she looked every bit a Hollywood star.

Castmate Laura Dern was also striking in her abstract two tone piece as was Shailene Woodley who sparkled in metallic tones.

Zoe Kravitz and Reese Witherspoon looked tiny in comparison to their co-stars, but still showed their individual style. 

But it was Nicole’s appearance at the event with hubby Keith Urban that had people talking, and smiling ,as they cosied up for photographs.

The pair looked every bit a loved up couple, happy and laughing.

The event was to promote the series Big Little Lies, based on the 2014 book written by Australian author Liane Moriarty.

The show is already getting good reviews from TV critics ahead of its Feb 19 screening date.

Critic Kevin O’Keeffe has written that it is a brilliant performance by Witherspoon, and Kidman is icy perfection.
