Nicole Kidman pulls off ladylike glamour in pink, vintage-style frock

When it comes to fashion, Nicole Kidman rarely gets it wrong. The actress, 51, stepped out on Sunday and looked every bit the Hollywood movie star in a pretty prink frock for a glamorous to promote sun safety. 

Kidman chose a dusty-pink Fendi dress with ruffled sleeves and lace embroidery for the occasion, and the ladylike frock cinched in at the waist complementing her slender frame.

The Australian actress wore her strawberry-blonde locks up in a pony for the Neutrogena event and completed the look with a pair of towering strappy gold heels.

The Oscar-winning actress embraced her new-found love for Instagram and shared a series of clips from the day with her 1.3 million followers. 

Nicole was without her husband Keith Urban for the day, who recently left his wife and women around the world swooning when he led thousands of fans in a chorus of ‘Happy Birthday’ for the her special day on June 20. 

Kidman posted a video of the sing-a-long on social media and wrote: “What a gift – my husband and everyone at @officialcusa Oshkosh WI singing me Happy Birthday!!!!!!”

She also received plenty of birthday messages from her movie-star friends, including Reece Witherspoon, who shared a snap of the pair cuddled up on the set of their award-winning show Big Little Lies. 

Witherspoon captioned the image: “Happy Birthday to this remarkable woman who I’m lucky enough to work with and call my friend. Everyday with you is an inspiration! Keep shining bright, Nic!!”

Earlier this month, Kidman and her Big Little Lies co-stars were spotted donning the same sweaty hire-shoes on a ladies night at the bowling alley.

The actress posted a series of clips to social media as she, Meryl Streep, Witherspoon, Shailene Woodley and Zoe Kravitz showed off their skills on the lanes. 

Not much has been revealed about the second season of Big Little Lies, though fans do know that Streep will be portraying the character of Mary Louise Wright, the mother of Alexander Skarsgard’s character, Perry, and mother-in-law to Kidman’s character, Celeste.
