A scarf can transform an outfit from blah to amazing. Scarves add that perfect finishing touch, enhancing your outfit. When choosing a scarf ensure it compliments your colouring – the right scarf can make your complexion glow and make your eyes sparkle. The wrong colour can draw all of the colour out of your face – and you don’t want that! Recently I remember seeing this beautiful young woman wearing a pale brown scarf with a black jacket and she looked awful as it drained the colour out of her face making her look ill! It took all of my willpower not to go up and tell her it was not a good look!
With this Millers floral lacy scarf, we have picked up on the green colour of the tunic in the scarf. See how it really brings this tunic to life – from rather plain to stunning? The whole look compliments Suzanne’s colouring and really makes her eyes sparkle!

Here we have used the same scarf, but this time we have picked up on the terracotta in the textured knit. This scarf helps to soften the boldness of the knit, drawing attention to Pam’s beautiful face.

Of course as soon as we decided to do our first photo shoot the heavens opened up! But Suzanne took it all in her stride – she had fun and still managed to look amazing! This little black scarf by Belle Bird reminds me of something from the 50s!

I really must go and get this scarf from Millers! Being black and white it is on trend this autumn and it will go with so many looks! See how it transforms a basic white tee under this draped vest? It just adds another dimension to a classic look making it stunning.

Again we have featured my favourite owl scarf and styled it back with classic black and white! The scarf softens the the graphic colour combination around Suzanne’s face, ensuring Suzanne is wearing the look and the look is not wearing her!
