It’s business as usual for glamorous Amal Clooney at UN meeting

She may be the mother of twin babies, but it was business as usual for Amal Clooney as she attended a United Nations Security Council meeting on threats to international peace and security on the 21st September. 

It’s a far cry from walking the red carpet on the arm of her devastatingly handsome husband, George Clooney, but the new mother still looked as glamorous as it’s possible to look when you’re working.

For the event in New York, the human rights lawyers wore a vibrant red dress with a tie neck, and a matching cropped jacket.

She paired the look with a pair of towering nude heels and a complimentary nude handbag, no doubt full of important documents.

While most new mothers, especially mothers of twins, might struggle to even get their hair washed in the early months, Clooney’s glorious mane of chestnut locks was blow dried into stunning waves, worn loose around her shoulders.

The only unfortunate thing about her outfit choice was that she tended to match the chairs!

The Clooney twins, Ella and Alexander, are now three-months-old, and no doubt bringing their famous parents much joy.
