Duchess Catherine sparkles at cultural event

Duchess Catherine, pictured here at an event in 2015, has stepped out in a style for a function at Buckingham Palace.

We’re used to seeing Duchess Catherine step out in style with her many public appearances and royal engagements.

The latest was an event at Buckingham Palace overnight, celebrating Indian culture.

The royal family hosted a number of Indian stars and personalities, but it was Duchess Catherine who drew plenty of attention.

Her glittery gown and matching sparkly shoes drew plenty of attention.

The Duchess wore a sparkly dress with a matching pair of sparkling silver heels by British designer Oscar de la Renta.

It was a simple, yet elegant look that had plenty of cameras flashing in her direction.

The Queen headed up the event, greeting guests alongside other members of the royal family including Prince William and Prince Edward.

The monarch wore a purple floral dress as she greeted guests including Big Bang Theory star Kunal Nayyar.

Outside, a colour giant peacock motif made up of Indian dancers was projected on the palace.

Inside, there was a display of historical items celebrating British-Indian relations, including a shawl Mahatma Gandhi gifted to Queen Elizabeth for her wedding.

Looks like a very glamorous evening!

Are you a fan of Duchess Catherine’s style? Do you have a sparkly pair of heels in your wardrobe?
