The Duchess of Cornwall kept cool in a beautiful floral summer dress on Wednesday during her last joint engagement before setting off on holiday with husband Prince Charles.
With an umbrella protecting her from the hot sun rays, the 71-year-old opted for the floaty colourful number to beat the heat.
Gracefully stepping down from the carriage, Camilla smiled at guests as the entered the Sandringham Flower Show on the Queen’s Norfolk Estate.
Looking happy and at ease in the company of Charles, the Duchess’ dress hung elegantly at her knees with the sleeves falling past her elbows.
Going for a more casual look, Camilla chose not to dress-up the frock too much, pairing it with a simple necklace and bracelet.
Staying comfortable as she greeted attendees of the annual event in Sandringham Park, Camilla opted for her usual nude heels for the day.
However, many also took notice of a bandage on Camilla’s finger which she later explained was mending a cut, The Daily Mail reports.
Taking a break from the heat, the couple admired the competition displays inside the cooler marques, browsing through the flowers, gardens, cakes, baked goods and vegetables.
“It’s a good year for agapanthus, they like it nice and dry,” Camilla commented.
It has been a busy week for the Duchess, who was on Tuesday spotted enjoying a girls’ day out with Dame Judi Dench.
