Lifehack shows a super use for super glue

Superglue has many more uses than just for repairs.

We all know superglue is great for bonding craft items and repairing many items, even a shoe or two.

But did you know it can also work well with clothing?

If your blouse gets a pull in it a touch of super glue can prevent it going further.

Use a dab on knitted items like a jumper with a snag and it won’t unravel any further.

It can even work wonders with other materials, such as sealing cracks in vinyl or leather before they get too big.

Do you need to make the super glue dry quicker?

Try adding baking soda to it.

Just a light sprinkle is enough to make it set in seconds.

Steady does it with the application of super glue though.

You don’t want too much, otherwise it will leave a stain.

If you do need to remove some, try applying an ice cube to remove the bulk of it.

After that a cotton ball and nail polish remover will help with the rest.
