Life hack: Easily find your phone charger in the dark

It’s a bit of a first world problem, but an annoying problem nonetheless. You’re in bed, and you’re just finishing your final scroll through your emails and social media before switching to ‘do not disturb’, plugging your phone in, and (trying) to go to sleep. We all know it isn’t the best thing for our sleep, but let’s face it, we all do it. 

But as you attempt to plug your phone in to charge for the night (ready for your morning social media scroll before you get out of bed to face the day), you fumble about in the dark, looking for that darned charger cable. You come up with the lamp cord, and the clock radio cord, and the bookmark you dropped down the back of the bed a month ago, but you cannot find the phone charger. 

Using this simple hack, you’ll never fumble in the dark again! And it really is so simple that you’ll wonder why you didn’t think of it yourself. 

The solution? Wait for it…

Glow in the dark paint! Yep, you can buy it at any craft store, and it will mean you can easily find your charger in the dark. 

You could use it for anything; chargers, the switch to turn on the lamp, the “snooze” button on your alarm clock, even a touch of it on the ensuite door handle could be useful for those midnight trips if you have an especially dark room.
