Hilarious story about 1970s fashion has Millennials baffled

There's nothing like a trip down memory lane.

Short-shorts, sequinned tops, roller blades and big hair — the 70s had it all!

While us Baby Boomers may look back at it with fond memories though, a viral website has left Millennials scratching their heads after running a story on some of the classic looks from the 1970s.

Website Bored Panda filled their article with men in tiny shorts and women in knee-high boots and couldn’t help but laugh at what they branded “disco-era fashion fails”.

“Men’s shorts in the 1970s took short to a whole new level, and all we can say is that we’re glad the 70s are over!” they wrote.

Well kids, they may be fails to you, but to us they were the best days ever!

While some Boomers will admit their glad to see the back of pants that would cling dangerously close to a man’s nether region, it’s always fun to look back and remember the somewhat awkward fashion mistakes of the past.
