Wrapping paper – made with love by a two-year-old granddaughter

The Stockland Christmas Craft Competition has just received this charming submission from reader Anne Freier.

“My two year old granddaughter was fascinated by the giant wreaths on display at the local shopping centre,” she says. “She loved the ‘big donuts'”.

“So we made ‘Donut Wrapping Paper’.  I sliced a 2cm slice from the end of pool noodle I made up a selection of coloured paints on kitchen sponges and let her go for it, dipping the paint loaded pool noodle all over the paper. Great fun!”

“She loved stamping away randomly, and created something quite special”.
