Do you remember these following things from when you were in primary or even high school?

Tell us, do you remember these things from your childhood? What did we miss?

  1. Paul Hoolihan

My greatest interest andmemory of school was the bell at 3.30 which ended the day.

  2. Ann Hurring

I remember playing five stones and 2 balls and getting cod liver oil capsules with my monring milk. I also remember getting rapped on the hand with a ruler, the whole class got it that day. It just needed one person to play up for us all to get strapped.

  3. Who could ever forget the milk -playtime …. Not withstanding the yukky milk that made me feel sick , school was good and we all learnt discipline …We played knuckle bones .learnt to play the piano from one of the Nuns and eventually all moved on to a Catholic Secondary school ….
