Several men are in the locker room of a golf club.
A mobile phone on a bench rings and a man engages the free speaker function begins to talk. Everyone else in the room stops to listen.
“Hello?” he says.
“Honey, it’s me… Are you at the club?” a woman on the other end of the phone says.
“I’m at the shopping centre now and have found this beautiful leather coat. It’s only $1,000. Is it okay if I buy it?”
“Sure, go ahead if you really like it.”
“I also stopped by the Mercedes-Benz dealership and saw the latest models. I saw one I really liked,” the woman says.
“How much?” the man asks.
“Hmm, okay. For that price though you’d want to ensure it comes with all the options,” he says.
“Great! Oh, and one more thing… The house we wanted to buy last year is back on the market. They are asking for about $1 million.”
“Well go ahead and make an offer of $900,000. They’ll probably take it, but if not go up the extra $50,000 if you think. It’s a really good price,” the man says.
“Great. I’ll see you later. I love you so much. You’re so generous!”
“Okay, bye,” says the man and he hangs up the phone.
The other men in the locker room are staring at him in astonishment. The man turns around and asks…
“Does anyone know whose phone this is?”
