After a huge build up of anticipation, reports of bridezilla-esque demands on guests, and speculation, the wedding of the year has finally happened. Yes, The Duchess of Cambridge’s sister, Pippa Middleton, has married financier James Matthews in a royally lavish church ceremony at St Mark’s Church in Englefield, Berkshire, followed by a black tie reception.
Middleton, 33, was accompanied by her father, Michael, as they arrived at the church which is not far from the Middleton family home in a vintage 1951 Jaguar car. She wore an elegant bespoke Giles Deacon dress with a Stephen Jones veil, a Maidenhair Fern tiara, and Manolo Blahnik ivory satin shoes.
