Award winning, Australian made & owned jam taste test

Today Jodie and the team at Starts at 60 taste-tested a series of delicious award-winning, Australian-made, and owned jams, including a limited-edition Easter jam!

There are so many differences between these jams & your supermarket ones, but the biggest is the amount of sugar in them. Your typical supermarket jams have 3 times the amount of sugar as these jams and they are usually packed with unpronounceable preservatives. 

The three jams we taste-tested today contain up to 70% fruit content and are all hand cooked in small batches. Because of their freshness, they are best before one year (which is a great sign of no preservatives). And so it is recommended to keep them in the fridge after opening.
