    • I have 2 tablespoons of ACV, juice of half a lemon and 1 teaspoon of honey altogether in a mug with hot water,worked my way up to the 2 tblesp of vinegar over a period of time, haven’ t had much problems with my Arthritas this winter 🙂

  5. First thing I drink every morning. Just by itself. Then later in the day I have some Apple Cider Vinegar. I don’t get colds or flu. This regime came about years ago,when I had chronic sinus infections,and my neighbour suggested this plus chewing on Honeycomb. That was 38 years ago and I’ve never suffered that again.

  6. As a detox the first 7 days of the month I have a detox tea bag ( supermarket) white box. 1 bag seeped in 1 cup boiling water cool abit add 1 cup cold water 1 tbls cranberry juice & 2 tbls lemon juice drink 1 glass in the morning & I at night

  7. I have a slice of lemon In my water in the summer, I use lemon often in cooking and salads, I feel great, don’t think I will bother with this one.
