  2. We recently got an infusion machine and have these smoothies for breakfast, best thing, no regrets and feeling great, especially since we have started using kale, beetroot, berries go for it

  3. Apple juice is only ok if you have the apple roughage and not just juice. I sometimes make banana and throw some berries in with milk yum l love it

    • Why do you have to be careful with beetroot? My husband has been eating a 440 gram can a day to lower his blood pressure.
