How do you make changes to your diet and lifestyle to improve your health?

Sep 29, 2015

Previously I have mentioned diet and lifestyle tips that can promote healthier skin. It can be difficult to make these changes, especially when you are feeling time-poor.

In this video, I will go through some quick tips to help you make these changes with minimal fuss.

These include:

Give your pantry and fridge a cleanse

Throw out anything that is packaged, contains ingredients you don’t understand and has inflammatory ingredients such as gluten, sugar, dairy and preservatives. If you are left with minimal ingredients, go to your local supermarket or health food store and look at your options. Remember, the easiest way to do this is to fill your fridge with fresh fruits, vegetables and meats.

Be organised and plan your meals for the week

Create a list of recipes you will prepare for the week and list all the ingredients into a shopping list. Being organised will be the key to your health success.

Give yourself some visual inspiration

Prepare a vision board that you can look at daily to help you stick to your goals. Get some magazines and cut up images and words that resonate with where you want your health to be.

Look at it daily and when you feel a lapse in motivation.

After the video, let us know what changes you have made for healthier skin, and how did you achieve them? Were they easy?

Thank you for watching and sharing your experiences, by doing so it highlights the similarities we share, minimising the need to isolate ourselves and feel shame.
