Dissolve dead skin on cracked heels quickly and inexpensively 134

We all suffer from cracked heels in the summertime, and  when it gets really bad, I use this simple yet powerful solution.  Don’t tell the makers of those fancy foot creams!

1/4 cup of listerine (any kind)

1/4 cup of vinegar

1/2 cup of warm water (or hot if you prefer).

Let your feet soak in it for 10 to 15 minutes.  When done soaking, wipe your feet with a washcloth.  The dead skin will practically fall off.

This is one to share with your friends!  It’s cheap, it’s easy and it’s practical too!

    • It probably will. The problem isn’t the lack of a cure, it’s his inability to apply the treatments! He deserves to suffer if he chooses to do nothing about it! Thank you for thinking of him though! 😘😘

  2. Tried this doesn’t work for me. I have a pummel stone that I use every couple of weeks. Lovely smooth heels. 😘

  3. i’ve recently bought a scholl electric gadget that is rather good but my husband’s podiatrist said not to use it too regularly so only use it every 6 weeks to coincide with his podiatrist visit. will definitely try this recipe though.

    • I bought one also and use it weekly. Maybe the podiatrist is worried he won’t be needed. Did he give a reason?

    • Joan Rowe yes he did but i can’t remember what it was. lol I don’t go to him so he wasn’t losing anything.

    • I soak my feet in hot water with foot soak then use foot grater to get rid of dead skin. Lather my feet in sorbolene cream and put socks on overnight. Do this every night for a week and smoooth feet.
