Chocolate mousse with a special ingredient!

This chocolate mousse is both delicious and healthy…and is made with avocado! A perfect afternoon treat or decadent desert prepared with minimal effort.

Ingredients: 

1 ripe avocado

1 ripe banana

2 teaspoons of RAW cacao power (available at any good health food store)

2 teaspoons of maple syrup or agave

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Cacao nibs, to decorate (available at any good health food store)

Method:

Place all of the ingredients into a blending retaining a little agave and blitz until creamy and smooth

Taste the dish and add the reminding agave if you want a sweeter dish. Spon into serving glasses and top with cacao nibs
