- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups mixed fruit
- 1/2 cup dates
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and all spice

- Melt 115g butter. Let cool.
- Add 2 large eggs
- Mix all remaining ingredients and place in sliced tin.
- Cook in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
