Any chance you get to cook without turning the oven on in summer is always a winner! This no-bake slice uses minimal ingredients and is super easy to make.
Lemon and coconut are such fresh flavours and when combined with crumbling biscuits and condensed milk they make an addictive slice. Simply whip up the base ingredients and place in the fridge. The icing is spread over the top after the base has set and you’re good to go!
Once it’s ready, slice into squares and store in an air-tight container in the fridge to protect it from the summer heat.
