The Starts at 60 Meetups have kicked off with a bang around the country! Hundreds of people came together in October and the demand for more venues in other cities is high.

Our events, where possible, will be held on the First Tuesday of the month. However, for next month, in November, we will make an exception because of the Melbourne Cup. The event in November will be moved to the Second Tuesday: 10 November at 11am.

The events are free to attend. Just come, make a new friend or two and leave with a smile. Every event has a dedicated over 60 community co-ordinator that has volunteered to welcome everyone on the day.

You can confirm your attendance for an event by booking a free ticket from our events page. This will help us communicate with your community co-ordinators so they know how many people plan to attend.

  1. Last month someone held a meeting in the Penrith area (& was hosting it again). Do you know if Penrith area is happening?

    • Hi Michele…the Penrith meeting will be on the 10th in Penrith Panthers…we will finalise the meeting point before the date.

  3. You have forgotten to mention the Traralgon meeting, which took place at the beginning of October and is to be repeated in November – we even sent you a photo from the last one!
