Monty Python were the comedy show series and films. I’m sure all of us Starts at Sixty-ers can remember all the best lines – the comedy troupe are still relevant and hilarious today! SBS has just announce that later this month they will air the Monty Python reunion, “Monty Python Live (Mostly): One Down, Five to Go”, which was filmed in July.

This stage show marked the first time in 30 years that John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones and Michael Palin were all together to perform their most loved songs and sketches. If you couldn’t make the exclusive London show earlier this year, you’re in luck as you can view it from the comfort of your own home for free.

Who could forget “The Lumberjack Song” or “Every Sperm is Sacred”? Or the Spam sketch? It’s hard to pick a favourite, so here’s one of the best sketches from the legendary Monty Python comedy group to get you ready for the screening on SBSONE on Sunday 28th September at 8.30pm….
