Be the coolest Grandma out with this awesome rap app!

Do you remember watching The Wedding Singer back in 1998 and laughing yourself silly when you saw Grandma get on stage and sing a rap song? Well, sadly just over a week ago the actress of Grandma, Ellen Albertini Dow, passed away aged 101.

Considering her acting career only began in her 70s after living a very full life before, she was incredibly successful and her legacy as the rapping Granny will forever live on.

In fact, now any grandma or grandpa has the chance to be just as cool as her thanks to an awesome new app called Auto Rap by Smule. When we heard about it we couldn’t wait to give it a go… So we did!

Below is a rap created using just an iPhone and one simple sentence “Starts at 60 is the best website in the world” pardon our cheek – we were stuck for words and didn’t know what else we’d want to rap about!
